Use Notebook and Organizer to manage your cardfiles and collections Notebook is an entirely customizable Windows program to store any type of information and organize your collections: recipes, stamps, pens - anything can be organized easily, and information found quickly. Paste any information into a Note from a document or website and you will always have it at your fingertips. This screen shows how easily you can organize your recipes: a quick keyboard access index is on the left (just type the initial letter), while the details of each Note appear on the right. You can also use keywords to create a template for each Note: for example, if you collect quality pens the type, model, etc. can all be entered automatically as keyword prompts. When you add the details of a new item, just fill in the blanks! Each Note will be consistent: |

In Organizer there are several useful applicatons such as Scrapbook. With a three-tiered structure Scrapbook makes it is easy to organize reports, or keep miscellaneous lists with limitless item headings. |
